Hello bloggers! Today I have been doing my reading create task! Today for my reading create task I I have been doing my reading create tasks! As you may know it is week 2 so testing is happening so Whaea Annie is not being able to take our proper reading lessons so now a days we have so much time to do our reading create tasks! So today I have been doing my first reading create task which was to make a ven diagram. I have enjoyed this task and would rate it a 10/10. Though I am a bit sick of doing sick of the ven diagram blogging create task from my last 3 years as a senior at wigram primary school it Is still fun! Hello Bloggers! Welcome back to Somya’s blog! Today I have been doing my reading create task! Today I have done this task on the DLO of Canva! I Have been making this by myself today but have still enjoyed this as It is a very fun create task that I have succsessfully completed several times. As I have mentioned that I have enjoyed this create task I would like to rate this a 10/10! I have completed this task by getting a Canva template of a poster, coloring it a greyish black color then I have added a photo of a rocket ship in a diagonal degree. I have added some photos of clouds at the top and then added photos of a earth and moon and also sparks! Then I have written the title of the book and made by my name! Hello bloggers! Today I have been doing my reading create task! Today for my reading create task I have been doing the first create task in which we had to read through the whole book checking for fluency comprehension words which may be a bit hard to pronounce! I think I have been able to achieve these goals as I have read with fluency correct pruncounciation, conjuction using intentions of pring etc! I have enjoyed doing this task and would rate it a 10/10! I have done this task on the DLO of Google drawing, as I have had to record something for this create task! By the way this week we have been learning reading and writing about a book called Rocket Science! I have enjoyed this as I love astronomy! Hello bloggers! Welcome back to Somya’s blog! Today I have been doing my maths work! Today for my maths workm we have been learning about angles! Today I have been successful in completing chilli 1 2 and 3! So now whaeae Annie has to ld me to blog!  I have found all of my work quite easy and have not learned anything. I have had to complete sheets on my Chromebook on the DLO of Google drawing! So I have found this quite accessible! Any ways even though I haven’t learned anything it was a good revision and something to revise as sometimes some people can forget certain things. Hello bloggers! Welcome back to Somya’s blog! Today I have been doing my cyber-smart work! Today for my Cyber-smart work for the first time I have opened up Google maps and learnt to use it! The success criteria for this task we have had to look at dropping pins when you have successfully solved the riddles and then drop the pin on that stagoe of the map, the Sencond thing was that once you have solved the riddles and dropped the pins there were 2 extra “Extra for experts” where we had to add lines though the pins to show which path way captain jack went through and then using math find out the distance that captain jack has gone through using our knowledge about distance, in math. And we had to find the distance out in Kilometeres. I have found the task fun but I did think that there more funner tasks we have done before when we have done Cybersmart but it was a rally good effort but still I am rating this a 8/10! Today for my Inquiry Work I have been creating a moddo board regarding a Board Game I am going to create through school regarding “Kiwiana Treasurers”! I have created this mood board on Adobe Express as I have used the firefly extension feature! I have  enjoyed creating this as I would rate it a 10/10! Hello bloggers! Welcome back to Somya’s blog! Today I have been doing my cyber-smart work! Today for my Cyber-smart Work we have been doing Google map work regarding Captain Jack’s Map learning multiple of states of interest on the Google map. This was my first time ever in Google maps this week. I have learned how to use it, drop pins, color pins, being successful in zooming in and out and reached the first had create task part of the work as these were all apart of the success criteria of this Cyber-smart work. There was one more part of this which used our knowledge regarding being able to leave lines across pins to make it easy to travel but unfortunately the accessibility feature/editing feature wasn’t working on my Chromebook for some odd reason which left me to not being able to reach the final part of it. I have enjoyed doing this as I would rate it a 10/10 ! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is reading this. If anyone knows how to do the lines please let me know by leaving a comment on my blog.  I have blogged my work by leaving the link towards my copy of the Google maps form. Hello Bloggers! Welcome back to Somya’s blog! Today I have been doing my Reading create tasks! Today for my reading create tasks i have been doing the red colored create task, on slide 1, viewable for people who click on reading and above Mrs Ferguson, Whaea Annie and Mr Rossiters Photo when people click on “Whole Class reading” Then when you scroll down below the lesson there you will find out reading create tasks. The WALT for this create task is “Identify the Audience and purpose of texts that entertain, inform and persuade!” I have enjoyed doing this task I would highly recommend this task to anyone who is reading as I would rate this task a 10/10! As this says “Choose the DLO of your choice” I have done this magnificent task on the DLO of Canva! For creating and earning the success criteria of this create task I have achieved the main goals of 1rst Being able to write the tittle on your book, 2nd finding a nice bookcover, 3rd making the book cover, and last but no least 4th success criteria which was being able to add text boxes to write who made it which was obviously me! To Achieve a nice cover I have first of all went onto the easy accessible option on Canva named “Elements” and then in the text box search over there written “Book cover and over there after alot of Fossicking I finally found a nice think which I was looking for. Then I used the Magic Media Ai option on Canva to create a nice photo of “Kiwiana treasures’ which if you didn’t know was our book for this week, and then colored the image of the book cover, Backround and text which said the books name “The quirky sould of kiwiwana treasures” and then written made by somya. I have enjoyed going through this process which ultimately took me around 30 minutes. If you guys didn’t know I am in Whaea Annies reading group this year. In this create task I have choosen multiple of colors and pictures. I have choosen the picture of the “Kiwiana treasures because it related to the book and also makes a really good role of being the front cover image which usually has to come under one of the best Ilistrations in the book and I have chosen the colors in them that you will see when you scroll down because they are very vibrant, attractive and colorful! This book cover hopefully will be succsefull in showing you the purpose of this text to any audience who is reading this create task description.
